1. When will my order arrive?



Our processing time is 1–3 business days.

After your order is shipped, delivery typically takes:


  • Canada: 6–12 business days
  • USA: 7–14 business days



Shipping times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.





2. How do I track my order?



Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

You can track your order using the link in that email.







3. I entered the wrong address — can I change it?



If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update the address.

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

We will send a replacement or refund as soon as possible.





7. Do you offer cancellations?



Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After that, we may not be able to stop the shipment.
